I’m Paul James, the proud owner of Wave Connects.

I look forward to sharing my story. I hope that you will enjoy getting to know me better.

In an attempt to pay off my debt, I started working as a technical solutions provider and learned to enjoy what I was doing. It was then that I decided that being a technical solutions provider is what I wanted to do and went from there. I have been in this industry for the last fifteen years and have assisted several clients by providing the best technical solutions by assessing their needs. 

Over the past couple of years, I have noticed that I focus on every task and can concentrate thoroughly on running the business. Earlier, I used to spread myself thin, but now I’ve learned to manage my work well.

I always enjoy positive feedback about our installations and work and strive for the constant happiness of our clients. My business stands by the philosophy “a good waiter never runs.” My team’s patience and perseverance help keep my clientele happy.

As an individual, I believe what sets me apart from the others is the long-term stability that we offer with our products and installations. We don’t sell things unless we truly feel the benefit outweighs the price. We also offer honesty and transparency to our clients.

I attribute my success to my family. My loved ones are understanding and compassionate, and they tolerate my exhausting working hours and keep me going.

My work enables me to meet many diverse and wonderful people. I love helping them look for a solution based on their needs and forming a bond with them along the way. This has given me immense satisfaction over the years.

When I am not at work, you’ll find me hanging out with my sons, playing music and surfing with them. Other than these hobbies, I am passionate about my work, and one of the things I continually work towards is creating a positive atmosphere at work, so I have a company that’s enjoyable to work for and with.

I have enjoyed sharing my story about the things which matter to me and how they influence the way I do business.
