“Just moved into a newly remodeled home and had Best Buy and DirecTV to the house to set up new TVs and service. Remodel pre-wiring was improper (two wrong cables routed), so we couldn't get surround sound through our new Smart TV. Other parts of setups were not quite fully functional and they were not tidy - we had a mess of cables/patched wires, etc. to deal with. Wave Connects to the rescue. In addition to doing an A+ job on what we needed, they did extra work to help fix some problems we were having with other A/V and IT stuff - well beyond original scope. Pricing was very fair, espiecally considering extra time taken. Paul returned initial inquiry call quickly and WaveConnects provided very prompt service. “This is the second time we've used Wave Connects. The first time, they set up our door bell video/communication system. This time, they set up a Sonos theater sound system, in our home.
I wanted to bring my old sound system up-to-date with a wireless setup but still keep some of my existing components, such as, my hard-wired surround sound Bose speakers, plus, add a sound bar. I had previously been told, by other companies, that this could not be done. The owner, Paul, came to our house, and suggested a Sonos sound system setup that would integrate everything we wanted to keep. He also provided a reasonable estimate.
These guys know their stuff! His crew came out at the scheduled time and it took them 2 days to set up our new sound system. Ben, the set up person, was extremely good at his job and also very patient to answer all of my questions. He set us up with a remote that lets us control every device, with ease! My wife and I are so pleased.
Their follow-up service is also excellent. They are truly professional and deserve no less than 5 out of 5 stars. I would not hesitate to use them again and highly recommend this company.”

After it was installed, Ben acted as a tutor for both my husband and myself about how to optimize the usage of our new "smart" system. There were some issues with "talking" to Alexa with the sound bar and they diligently worked until everything was working properly. We are thrilled with our media set up. We bought our television and everything through Wave Connects making for a very easy transaction. Everything was priced extremely fairly.
