“I recently moved and didn't want to hassle with setting up A/V at the new house. I purchased a couple new smart tv's and also had the goal of consolidating into universal remotes. One of my receivers and blue ray players were out dated and had to replace as well. Paul's crew showed up when they said they would, the prices I paid for the equipment were as good as I would have found on-line, and the end result was a system that was very easy and intuitive to operate. We hit a few road blocks and glitches along the way but everything was resolved in a satisfactory manner. On the last day of the project Paul came instead of his crew to make sure everything was operating as promised. They were the experts that we could trust to give us the look we wanted to achieve. They worked efficiently and got it done well. When the work was done they advised us to not hesitate to call if questions came up, and that we would get an invoice later for payment. Making the payment on line later that night was seamless. “So, I called Wave Connects at about 7:10pm if I'm correct. I called him in a time of need lol. If you've been moving all day and think you have the tools to mount it yourself but then you end up with about 8 holes in the wall and the TV still isn't up.. WELL.. CALL THIS GUY!! It was 7:10pm and he got to my house by 8:40, had my tv up and was gone no later than 10:20. I had to pay extra for such short notice and getting him dressed again, but hey he came through for me!! I had a Redbox movie that I really wanted to watch and had for at least 4 days and it was past time to be viewed and he said he wasn't gonna have that!! Lol. Super courteous, respectful guy. 10/10. We've had our tv's mounted by 3 different guys before from moving around so much, we will never go to anyone else ever again. He is the best of the best. Did a pull up on the tv mount before he left..... it's not goin nowhere!! Not to mention our TV is a 55 inch Full motion mount and he did it so quick!”

They are a dream to work with - knowledgeable, professional and great customer service. They came out for the estimate, then again to answer our questions and changes to the scope. Before the installation, they came yet again to walk the areas to ensure the electrical and other wiring was ready for installation. When we had to delay installation a couple of times (that's how remodeling goes!), they rescheduled without complaints. Installation was also smooth and they were eager to please. When the wireless Joey for the Dish Network fell off the back of one TV, they happily fixed it with other punch list items from installation. We will definitely use Wave Connects for future AV work.”
